李國偉先生在房地產領域擁有超過30年的豐富專業 ，曾經負責各類不同項目，包括武漢香港中心項目，華潤新時代廣場1期項目，珠海市橫琴區大百匯綜合體項目，南寧華潤萬象城項目，和記黃埔珠海海怡灣畔住宅項目等。 

李國偉先生曾于建設單位工程籌建處任職多年，熟悉項目管理的工作流程，分析和處理問題時往往能站在業主方的角度考慮。

Mr. Li Guowei has over 30 years of extensive expertise in the real estate field. He has been responsible for a diverse range of projects, including the Wuhan Hong Kong Center project, China Resources New Era Plaza Phase 1 project, Zhuhai Hengqin Dabaihui Integrated Complex project, Nanning China Resources Vientiane City project, and the Ho Man Tin Residence project.

Mr. Li Guowei previously served for many years in the construction unit's project planning department, where he gained a profound understanding of project management workflows. He consistently approaches problem analysis and resolution from the perspective of the property owner.
